She’s amazing! She’s gone above and beyond several times, from helping us get an additional excursion on our cruise to quantifying how much we could recoup if we had to postpone it.

Excellent cruise advisor.
Very competent, friendly, and easy to work with. She found us the kind of cruise we wanted when we couldn't find it anywhere online.

So much better than expected!!!
We have never used a Travel Agent before. Jerrie was our first experience and she proved it to be so worthwhile. She booked our first time at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico which was recommended. She did EVERYTHING to make our experience just wonderful with no worries at all. We were so impressed that we came home and booked another all-inclusive with her for our WHOLE FAMILY to go with us. I know it will be a trip we all will cherish.

Jerrie has gone above and beyond to accommodate us on our latest trip which involved 6 of us. Three of us came from Tucson and three came from Ohio so that was tricky to plan and get us to our resort within 30 minutes of each other arriving !!!!
